We are looking for a compassionate, dedicated Licensed Social Worker (LSW) to join our FULLY REMOTE team. If you’re a mental health professional who values inclusivity, cultural competency, and holistic care, we’d love to meet you!

Benefits:

• 100%, fully remote position
• Competitive pay: $26/hour. Starting hourly rate can increase based on experience
• Salary increases based on performance
• Set your own schedule, hours and days, minimum 20 hours per week. Your schedule is between you and your clients
• Paid training and supervision towards an LCSW license
• Free training courses at your disposal
• Reimbursement towards relevant training courses and CEU's (yearly allowance)

Requirements:

• Resident of Indiana (we will not be considering any applicants residing outside of the state of IN at this time)
• Active Indiana LSW license
• Knowledge of fundamental counseling principles and methodology acquired at a Master’s level
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• Excellent written skills
• Must have the ability and desire to provide excellent and compassionate service
• Must exercise the highest level of confidentiality
• Excellent computer and typing skills to perform necessary job functions
• Pass a criminal history screen and background check, including state and local child protection agency registries
• Reliable internet connection and computer with video chat and audio capabilities, and private location for assessments

Preferred, but not required:

• Prior experience working with immigrant populations and religious minorities
• Verbal fluency in another language other than English
• Telehealth experience

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions utilizing behavioral therapy and psychodynamic approaches.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Facilitate telehealth sessions, ensuring effective communication and support for patients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and outcomes.
• Stay updated on best practices in social work and mental health counseling.
