Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) for a full-time role with school districts in the Champlin, MN area. This position offers the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students while working alongside a dedicated educational team.
Pay Rate: $55/hr
Requirements:
Active BCBA certification in good standing.
Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
Must hold or be eligible for all state of Minnesota licensure and certification requirements for school-based BCBA roles.
Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to implement effective behavioral strategies.
Provide direct and indirect support to students with behavioral needs.
Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.
Train and coach school staff on behavior management techniques.
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines.
