Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) for a full-time role with school districts in the Champlin, MN area. Pay Rate: $55/hr

Requirements:

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.

• Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.

• Must hold or be eligible for all state of Minnesota licensure and certification requirements for school-based BCBA roles.

• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).

• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to implement effective behavioral strategies.

• Provide direct and indirect support to students with behavioral needs.

• Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.

• Train and coach school staff on behavior management techniques.

• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines.
