Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for a full-time, school-based position in the Olalla, WA area. This role offers the chance to work with a supportive educational team dedicated to student success.

Requirements:

• Active BCBA certification recognized by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

• Must meet Washington State licensure requirements for behavior analysts

• Prior experience working in a school or pediatric setting preferred

• Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and data-driven decision making

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to pass all required background checks and clearances

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

• Train and support school staff and families in implementing ABA strategies

• Monitor student progress and adjust plans as needed to meet educational goals

• Provide direct behavioral support services to students with diverse needs

• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district and state regulations
