Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) 2025/2026 School Year
Location:Yelm, Washington
We are seeking a qualified and passionate BCBA to join our team for the upcoming school year. This is a full-time, onsite role working with elementary students across multiple school buildings.
Position Details:
Start Date: September 3, 2025
(Some training may be required prior to start)End Date: June 10, 2026
Schedule: MondayFriday
Hours: 7.5 hours per day
(Includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch)Location: Onsite only
Caseload: Elementary students; support provided across multiple school buildings
Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Provide coaching and support to staff on behavior strategies
Monitor student progress and collect data to inform decision-making
Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams to promote student success
Ensure compliance with IDEA and district policies related to behavioral services
Qualifications:
Must hold active BCBA certification
Prior experience in school-based settings strongly preferred
Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
Passion for supporting student growth and success
