Position: Registered Nurse RN - Care Coordination
Shift: Per Diem primarily on Day Shift with the flexibility to rotate to off-shift, based on the needs of the department (Holiday and weekend requirements are in accordance with departmental guidelines


Experience:
1. Three years of recent clinical experience required. If ADN, 10+ years of experience required
2. Leadership experience preferred.
Education:
1. Associate degree OR BSN required upon hire; if Associates, BSN required within 3 years of hire
2. Master's Degree strongly preferred.
Licensures/Certifications:
Active PA RN license required

Requirements:

This position requires you to wear a respirator as part of the job requirement.
