Position Summary
We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide high-quality mental health services to individuals, couples, and families facing a range of emotional and psychological challenges. You’ll play a key role in helping clients build resilience, heal, and thrive—while also offering guidance and support to fellow clinicians.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, and family counseling using evidence-based modalities.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with each client’s goals.
- Utilize therapeutic approaches such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, and other best practices.
- Supervise and support other clinicians within the practice as needed.
- Offer crisis intervention and management when necessary.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and integrated care.
- Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and Michigan law.
- Participate in peer consultation and supervision meetings.
- Uphold the highest ethical standards and client confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Counseling or a related mental health field
- Active LPC license in the state of Michigan
- Demonstrated clinical expertise and sound judgment in therapeutic settings
- Ability to work independently while managing a flexible caseload
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
- Experience using telehealth platforms for virtual care delivery

- Pay Range: $76,443.43 – $92,060.91 per year
