Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LMSW/LCSW) to join our team. Dedicated to delivering personalized therapeutic care, we offer a range of approaches—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)—to effectively address diverse mental health concerns. This position plays a key role in delivering exceptional clinical care, using your expertise to support a diverse range of individuals dealing with mental health challenges.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations and client assessments.
Create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
Lead group therapy sessions and facilitate support groups.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and medical records.
Deliver effective therapy using evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, and EMDR.
Provide crisis intervention services when needed to ensure client safety.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate and optimize client care.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
Active state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
Proven experience in clinical counseling and facilitating group therapy.
Solid understanding of ICD-10 coding and medical documentation standards.
Experience with trauma-informed care, particularly in treating PTSD.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
