Position Summary
We are currently seeking a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT or equivalent) to join our growing and supportive clinical team. In this role, you will provide therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families, helping them navigate emotional challenges, strengthen relationships, and build healthier communication patterns. Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate individual, group, couples, and family therapy sessions to address emotional, relational, and behavioral concerns
- Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations and diagnostic assessments to identify client needs
- Create and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to client goals
- Apply a range of therapeutic modalities, including CBT, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing
- Provide crisis intervention and stabilization support for clients in acute situations
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with HIPAA and clinical best practices
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure integrated care for clients
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Licensed as an LMFT (or eligible) in the state of Michigan
- Experience working with children, families, and individuals with PTSD or trauma histories
- Familiarity with behavioral health documentation, including ICD-9/10 and CPT coding
- Proficient in a range of therapy techniques, including behavioral therapy, crisis intervention, and child/family counseling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and colleagues
- Commitment to ethical, client-centered care and cultural competence

Compensation
- Salary Range: Competitive, commensurate with experience ($75,000–$90,000 annually)
