Position Overview

Legacy Learners is currently hiring ABA Student Analysts and BCBA Candidates nearing the completion of their supervision hours. This flexible, paid opportunity offers high-quality, BACB-aligned supervision and hands-on clinical experience in home and community settings. Candidates who complete their hours with us may transition into full BCBA roles.

Who This Is For:

  • Students enrolled in BACB-approved graduate programs seeking to begin or continue supervised fieldwork
  • BCBA candidates who are close to completing their supervision hours and preparing for certification
  • Individuals seeking meaningful experience in home-based, family-focused ABA settings

What You’ll Do:

  • Implement ABA therapy plans and behavior intervention strategies
  • Collect and analyze session data
  • Assist with functional assessments and treatment planning
  • Shadow BCBAs during direct services, parent training, and care coordination
  • Participate in staff meetings, ongoing trainings, and interdisciplinary collaboration
  • Receive structured supervision aligned with BACB 5th Edition Task List requirements

Qualifications:

  • Enrolled in a graduate program in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Eligible to begin or currently completing BACB fieldwork hours
  • Passionate about working with children and families
  • Strong communication, professionalism, and time-management skills
  • Reliable transportation for travel to client locations
