Job Summary
Behavior Bridges (www.behaviorbridges.com) is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Puyallup, WA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health and experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessment evaluations, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing behavioral therapy to improve the quality of life for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify behavioral needs and treatment plan goals.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
- Provide direct behavioral therapy to clients, focusing on skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Train and supervise staff in the implementation of behavior intervention plans.
- Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis, making adjustments as necessary.
- Educate families on behavioral strategies and techniques to support their loved ones.
- Stay updated on best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis and related disciplines.
- May be required to deliver services in home, center based, individual or group settings.
Requirements
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly those with autism.
- Interest in working with clients of all ages.
- Strong understanding of behavioral health principles and medical terminology.
- Familiarity with special education frameworks is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients, families, and team members.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Proficiency in managing medical records and documentation related to patient care.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development in the field of behavior analysis.

Pay: $72,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
