Job Summary
Behavior Bridges (www.behaviorbridges.com) is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Puyallup, WA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health and experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessment evaluations, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing behavioral therapy to improve the quality of life for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify behavioral needs and treatment plan goals.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
  • Provide direct behavioral therapy to clients, focusing on skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Train and supervise staff in the implementation of behavior intervention plans.
  • Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Educate families on behavioral strategies and techniques to support their loved ones.
  • Stay updated on best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis and related disciplines.
  • May be required to deliver services in home, center based, individual or group settings.

Requirements

  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly those with autism.
  • Interest in working with clients of all ages.
  • Strong understanding of behavioral health principles and medical terminology.
  • Familiarity with special education frameworks is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients, families, and team members.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Proficiency in managing medical records and documentation related to patient care.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development in the field of behavior analysis.
