Are you a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who’s passionate about providing high-quality, compassionate care — and excited to help shape a growing ABA practice from the ground up?

The Buddy Center is looking for an experienced and dependable independent contractor BCBA to deliver and supervise in-home ABA services to families across the Greenville, SC area. While our brick-and-mortar clinic is in development, we are building our foundation through personalized in-home care — and we’re seeking dedicated clinicians who share our values and vision.

Led by ABA Leader Kim Finger, Ph.D.

The Buddy Center was founded by Greenville resident Kim Finger, Ph.D., a nationally recognized ABA leader and the founder of ABA Building Blocks, a consulting firm that has helped hundreds of ABA agencies scale successfully. With Kim’s leadership and proven model behind us, The Buddy Center is positioned for smart, sustainable growth — and our contractors benefit from strong clinical systems, responsive support, and a culture rooted in compassion and excellence.

Why Partner with The Buddy Center?

  • Autonomy + Support: Maintain control of your schedule and caseload while gaining access to a knowledgeable clinical team, streamlined systems, and strong leadership.
  • Mission-Driven Culture: Collaborate with a team that prioritizes compassion, family engagement, and outcomes that matter.
