1099 BCBA Opportunity – In-Home Services
Are you a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who’s passionate about providing high-quality, compassionate care — and excited to help shape a growing ABA practice from the ground up?
The Buddy Center is looking for an experienced and dependable independent contractor BCBA to deliver and supervise in-home ABA services to families across the Greenville, SC area. While our brick-and-mortar clinic is in development, we are building our foundation through personalized in-home care — and we’re seeking dedicated clinicians who share our values and vision.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to guide treatment planning
- Develop individualized ABA treatment plans and monitor progress
- Supervise and train RBTs providing in-home services
- Partner closely with families and caregivers through our Caregiver Collaborative model
- Document services and supervise treatment implementation with a focus on quality and compassion
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards and payor requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a passion for child- and family-centered care
- Strong communication and collaborative mindset
- Experience working independently in home-based ABA settings
- Commitment to upholding the values of compassion, integrity, and excellence
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and technology skills
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Greenville area
- Ability to maintain liability insurance and comply with 1099 contracting requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years post-certification experience
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
Contract Type & Pay
- Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
- Location: In-home services in Greenville, SC and surrounding communities
- Pay Range: $65–$85 per hour, based on experience and service type (e.g., direct services, supervision, or assessment)
- Schedule: Flexible daytime hours; part-time and full-time caseloads available
*Full Time BCBA opportunities for both clinic and home-based services will be available in the near future
