- Master’s in Social Work with independent licensure in LICSW or LMFT with supervision ability preferred. LPC and LGSW’s will also be considered. Current BLS certification required. Crisis management certification per hospital policy and standards required.
- Experience: Candidates with 2-3 years of experience in diagnostic assessment and therapy services
- Required Licenses/Certifications: State-licensed required in the state in which facility resides.
