HIRING A FULL-TIME CLIENT CARE COORDINATOR!

We are currently searching for a CLIENT CARE COORDINATOR to join our care management team. For the right candidate this person would prepare to take over for our current care manager in the near-term as she is preparing to be promoted to a higher role in the company.
Pay for this position is dependent upon experience, certifications (if applicable) and any additional qualifications the candidate possesses. The pay rate provided in this posting is a MINIMUM pay rate and not expected pay rate. A well-qualified candidate may expect to earn a higher pay rate and additional pay is also expected based on extra pay for on-call duties.

Duties include:
- Revise, implement and apply our quality control system
- Shared on-call duties
- Manage care of all our clients and quality assurance visits
- Coordinate care for clients with Government Programs
- Solve client issues in a professional and effective way
- Work with office staff to ensure proper client care is provided
- Provide counsel and direction for the company executive team
- Manage client care including schedules, quality, care implementation and plans of care
CNA desired but not required
- Experience in home care is preferred, but will train
- An understanding of balancing business and client needs
- A commitment to our vision and values
- You must "GET", "WANT", and have the "CAPACITY" to the job
- Must always act ethically and not compromise company values
- Share on-call responsibilities 33% of the time, on average
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be TEACHABLE and open to learn

- SCHEDULE: Typically 8am-5pm Monday-Friday with occasional work outside office hours, ON CALL Weekly rotation.
- Travel Occasionally to Twin Falls or Pocatello
