BCBA Job Opportunity – Make a Real Impact

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors
  • Provide parent training across home, school, center, community, and telehealth settings
  • Maintain accurate documentation with a minimum of 30 billable hours per week
  • Collaborate with peers to enhance training and service quality

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in ABA or related field
  • Active BCBA certification
  • Experience with autism or developmental disabilities
  • Strong communication and technology skills
  • Team-oriented mindset
  • Spanish proficiency is a plus
