Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Lead, supervise, and mentor Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors to maintain service quality
Provide training and ongoing support to parents in diverse settings including center-based, home, school, community, and telehealth
Maintain accurate data collection and documentation, ensuring at least 30 billable hours per week
Collaborate with team members to enhance training programs and support continuous quality improvement

Requirements

Master’s degree in ABA or related field
Active BCBA certification
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder
Strong communication and technology skills
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in collaborative team environments
Ability to pass TB test, immunizations, and background checks

Preferred Qualifications

Bilingual Spanish proficiency is a plus
