Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Lead, supervise, and mentor Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors to maintain service quality
- Provide training and ongoing support to parents in diverse settings including center-based, home, school, community, and telehealth
- Maintain accurate data collection and documentation, ensuring at least 30 billable hours per week
- Collaborate with team members to enhance training programs and support continuous quality improvement
- Master’s degree in ABA or related field
- Active BCBA certification
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder
- Strong communication and technology skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in collaborative team environments
- Ability to pass TB test, immunizations, and background checks
- Bilingual Spanish proficiency is a plus
