Beyond Care Therapy is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide in-home/telehealth services for children with autism. This position is ideal for someone who wants clinical independence and the chance to grow into a Clinical Director role as our company expands.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and write treatment plans
• Supervise RBTs and provide clinical oversight
• Communicate with families and ensure quality of care
• Track progress and update goals regularly
• Optional leadership duties available for those interested

Requirements:

• BCBA certification in good standing
• Experience supervising RBTs
• Strong communication and organization
• Passion for ABA and child development
