Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough functional behavior assessments and design individualized treatment plans
Lead, supervise, and mentor Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors to maintain exceptional service quality
Provide training and ongoing support to parents across multiple settings, including center-based, home, school, community, and telehealth
Ensure precise data collection and documentation, maintaining a minimum of 30 billable hours per week
Collaborate with team members to support training initiatives and continuous quality improvement

Requirements

Master’s degree in ABA or a related field
Active BCBA certification
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder
Strong communication skills and proficiency with technology
Proven ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
Ability to pass TB testing, immunizations, and background checks

Preferred Qualifications

Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus
