Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough functional behavior assessments and design individualized treatment plans
- Lead, supervise, and mentor Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors to maintain exceptional service quality
- Provide training and ongoing support to parents across multiple settings, including center-based, home, school, community, and telehealth
- Ensure precise data collection and documentation, maintaining a minimum of 30 billable hours per week
- Collaborate with team members to support training initiatives and continuous quality improvement
- Master’s degree in ABA or a related field
- Active BCBA certification
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder
- Strong communication skills and proficiency with technology
- Proven ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
- Ability to pass TB testing, immunizations, and background checks
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus
