As a BCBA you will plan, develop and monitor effective treatment using evidence-based treatment methods. You will collaborate with team members, services providers, families, and other agencies as appropriate and provides ongoing training and direct supervision to RBTs. Your work will directly change the lives of individuals with autism and their families.

About The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Role
As a BCBA you will plan, develop and monitor effective treatment using evidence-based treatment methods. You will collaborate with team members, services providers, families, and other agencies as appropriate and provides ongoing training and direct supervision to RBTs. Your work will directly change the lives of individuals with autism and their families.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities
- Conducts ABA program management for children with autism spectrum disorders
- Conduct initial assessments
- Supervise RBTs and conducts training and coaching
- Collaborate with client’s treatment team and families to improve communicative, social, and behavioral outcomes for all clients
- Facilitate parent training and support families to access community resources
- Conduct supervision in client's home and through telehealth
- Must be Certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the BACB.
- Must be willing to complete or have completed the 8-hour supervisor training through BACB
- Must have a Utah LBA through the DOPL
- Ability to maintain fingerprint clearance card, CPR & First Aid certification
- Must hold a valid drivers’ license and maintain proper current insurance
- Bilingual is a plus
