Location: Dover DE (travel south of Wilmington DE)
Full-time | Monday - Friday
Onsite
Hourly pay rate + travel - relocation stipends are non-taxable
Caseload: Ages vary 2 - 22 year old | severe disabilities - some autistic
Dates: August 21, 2025 June 12, 2026

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop effective behavior intervention plans.

• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to implement positive behavior strategies.

• Provide training and support to staff on behavior management techniques.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of behavior interventions.

• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding behavior supports.

  
  

Qualifications:

• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) required.

• Experience working in a school setting preferred.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
