About Job

Seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions for individuals with autism spectrum disorder.

  • Provide supervision and training to behavior technicians and collaborate with families and professionals to ensure skill generalization.
  • Monitor progress, analyze data, and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and goals.

Qualifications include a Master's degree, BCBA certification, and at least 1 year of experience working with children with autism. Strong knowledge of ABA principles, special education laws, and effective communication skills are required.
