Agape Youth Behavioral Health, founded in 2013, serves youth ages 5-17 with a variety of diagnoses including ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, Autism, and other Mood Disorders. The organization has 3 Child Psychiatrists, multiple nurse practitioners, 2 physician assistants, and various therapists, providing a comprehensive and holistic approach to mental health care for children and adolescents. In addition, Agape has expanded into adult care with Agape Comprehensive Psychiatric Care.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist at Agape Youth Behavioral Health located in Chattanooga, TN. The psychiatrist will be responsible for diagnosing and treating mental health disorders in children and adolescents, conducting evaluations, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care. Some remote work is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Child Psychiatry and Adolescent Psychiatry expertise
• Experience in Medicine and Psychiatry
• Strong background in Mental Health
• Board eligibility or certification in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative multidisciplinary team
• Experience working with diverse populations and cultural sensitivities
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
