Job Title: Counselor (LMSW, LPC, LCSW)

Job Type: Full-Time | Office-Based
Salary: $50,000–$60,000 annually (based on experience/licensure)

Overview:
A reputable behavioral health organization is seeking dedicated licensed or license-eligible Counselors to provide outpatient therapy services across all age groups. This is a full-time, weekday-only position ideal for passionate mental health professionals — new grads welcome!

Schedule:

  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • No weekends, nights, or on-call

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and family counseling
  • Complete clinical assessments and treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate documentation
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

Qualifications:

  • Tennessee license or eligibility: LMSW, LPC, LPC in Residence, or LCSW
  • Strong communication and clinical skills
  • Ability to manage a diverse outpatient caseload
