Job Summary:

We are seeking compassionate and licensed mental health professionals to join our outpatient behavioral health team in Chattanooga, Morristown, Newport, or Knoxville, TN. This is a full-time, onsite role suitable for individuals who are passionate about improving the mental health and well-being of patients across all age groups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individual and/or group clinical counseling services to a diverse population
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and formulate individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical interactions and progress
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective care
• Uphold ethical standards and adhere to all regulatory and licensure requirements

Qualifications:

• Active licensure in Tennessee as one of the following:
• Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Professional Counselor in Residence (LPC in Residence)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Open to new graduates
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload in an outpatient setting
