We're Hiring: Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – California-BasedLocation: Escondido, CaliforniaEmployment Type: Full-TimeSalary: $90,000.00 - $100,000 per year + benefitsWe're seeking a Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide high-quality teletherapy services to clients across California. Join a compassionate and collaborative team dedicated to delivering accessible and culturally responsive mental health care.As a Remote LCSW, you’ll:

Deliver individual, couples, or family therapy via HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms.
Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and formulate treatment plans.
Provide evidence-based interventions for a wide range of mental health issues (e.g., trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, stress).
Maintain timely and accurate documentation in our EHR system.
Participate in optional team meetings, peer consultations, and clinical training.
Comply with ethical and legal standards as per California’s Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS).

Requirements

Active and unrestricted LCSW license in California
Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
1+ years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred (newly licensed clinicians are also welcome).
Reliable internet, HIPAA-compliant home office, and basic telehealth setup.
Strong organizational, communication, and self-management skills.
Comfortable using EHR systems (e.g., SimplePractice, TherapyNotes).
