- Provide virtual therapy (individual, couples, family) via a secure telehealth platform.
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and ethical documentation in the EHR system.
- Offer culturally competent and trauma-informed care to a diverse client base.
- Participate in virtual team meetings, peer consultation, or clinical supervision as needed.
- Stay up to date on state licensure requirements and continuing education.
- Active LMFT license in the State of California .
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred.
- Experience with telehealth platforms and remote therapy delivery.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a virtual caseload.
- Must have a quiet, secure, and HIPAA-compliant workspace.
