Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – California-BasedLocation: Sacramento, CaliforniaSalary: $80,000.00 - $90,000 per year + benefitsEmployment Type: Full-TimeSchedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)About the Job:Join our thriving teletherapy practice as a Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and help clients across California access high-quality care from the comfort of their homes.We’re seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with a California license to join our team remotely.What You’ll Do:

Provide virtual therapy (individual, couples, family) via a secure telehealth platform.
Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Maintain accurate, timely, and ethical documentation in the EHR system.
Offer culturally competent and trauma-informed care to a diverse client base.
Participate in virtual team meetings, peer consultation, or clinical supervision as needed.
Stay up to date on state licensure requirements and continuing education.

Requirements

Active LMFT license in the State of California .
Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, or related field.
Minimum of 1–2 years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred.
Experience with telehealth platforms and remote therapy delivery.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a virtual caseload.
Must have a quiet, secure, and HIPAA-compliant workspace.
