Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Experience working with K-12 students, particularly those with special education needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, staff, and families
- Knowledge of various behavioral interventions and data collection methods
Location:Fullerton, California
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop tailored behavior intervention plans
- Implement evidence-based practices to foster student success and well-being
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to integrate behavioral supports in the classroom
- Provide training and support to staff and families regarding behavioral strategies
- Monitor student progress and adapt interventions as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation of services provided
