Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social work and behavioral health, with a focus on providing support to individuals and families in need. As an LMSW, you will play a crucial role in assessing client needs, developing treatment plans, and facilitating access to resources.

Duties

Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
Offer counseling and support to individuals and families dealing with mental health issues, trauma, or life transitions.
Collaborate with community resources, including Medicare and Section 8 programs, to ensure clients receive necessary services.
Engage in workforce development initiatives to assist clients in achieving employment goals.
Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to empower clients toward positive change.
Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment progress.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
Valid state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
Strong knowledge of crisis intervention strategies and behavioral health practices.
Familiarity with childcare issues and resources is a plus.
Proficient in motivational interviewing techniques and client-centered counseling approaches.
Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and community organizations.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong emphasis on empathy and active listening.
Ability to travel to Lubbock for clinic 1-2 times per month.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $38.00 - $40.00 per hour
