Job Overview:
As an Intake Coordinator with a primary focus on administrative tasks, you will be responsible for managing the initial contact and intake process for potential clients. Your role is pivotal in ensuring a smooth and efficient transition for clients as they begin their journey. You will thrive in this position with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and exceptional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, answering inquiries via phone, email, or in person meetings.
Collect and record client information accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary details are captured for the intake process.
Prepare and maintain client files and documentation, including intake forms, engagement letters, and confidentiality agreements.
Conduct follow-up communications with the clients to ensure their needs are being met and address any additional questions or concerns they may have.
General administrative support to include filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Qualifications:
Previous administrative experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer service orientation with a focus on providing exceptional service and support.
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, documentation, and communication.
