The Opportunity:
This role prepares you for a long-term career in the financial services industry. Through our specialized training program, you will receive a comprehensive education in finance and capital markets tailored to our unique approach. Your journey will start by attaining the Series 65 license, supplemented by hands-on training from our dedicated team. After obtaining the license, your training continues as you work closely with a mentor to enhance your understanding of the technology and platforms we utilize to provide exceptional service to our clients.
This position serves as an entry point to a licensed service role within our Private Client Group. As you reach key milestones within the first two years, you will have opportunities to take on additional responsibilities, potentially advancing to our Premier Wealth Management team where you will manage your own portfolio of high-net-worth clients.
Your Daily Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with your team to serve clients effectively while acting as a liaison with our Investment Policy Committee (IPC).
- Engage with clients to review their asset allocation and ensure alignment with their long-term financial objectives.
- Establish trust with clients and educate them about our top-down portfolio strategy, their investments, and significant market developments.
- Manage client communications and coordinate with internal departments to address client operational requests.
Your Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an operational, administrative, client-facing, or finance setting.
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Must be able to pass the Series 65 exam (we provide extensive training and support).
- A consultative approach with a strong emphasis on client care.
Compensation:
- Base salary of $80,000 - $130,000 per year. Starting salaries typically align with experience.
- Potential for discretionary bonus based on individual and firm performance.
