**Join the opening team at Vineyard Park of Puyallup. We are looking for energetic, experienced RCC to join our management team. We are recruiting for a CNA/HCA Resident Care Coordinator ***

Qualified candidates will have active CNA/HCA license in the State of WA in good standing with management experience working as a coordinator in Assisted Living or Memory Care. You must have this at time of hire.

You MUST have Nurse Delegation with Focus on Diabetes. Along with medication passing experience.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

*Assist Director of Nursing with, care plans, incident investigations, resident health monitoring, medication review

*Hiring and staffing of Care Givers/Med Techs

*Oversee and train floor NACs and Med Techs

*Maintain physician orders

*Coordination with outside providers

*Meeting with resident families

*Assist Director of Nursing to maintain resident Care Plans

*CNA/HCA must have nurse delegation training and experience on med cart

**Please note that this position will be required to work with Director of Nursing to ensure weekend coverage.**
