Are you looking to step into private practice without the headache of running a business? Soul Ambition Counseling is seeking Licensed Therapists or Psychologists to join our team. Whether you’re new to private practice or tired of dealing with admin tasks, we provide the support you need to thrive.

Please note: We are not interested in working with individuals who already have their own private practice.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• CLINICIANS INDIVIDUALLY CREDENTIALED WITH MEDICARE
• Individuals who are interested in or have experience working with clients 65 and older.
• We’re currently offering higher compensation and more consistent daytime hours for therapists who enjoy working with the geriatric population.

Earning Potential:

• 60/40 split with top contracted insurance rates
• $65-$70 per hour on average
• Weekly income estimates based on client load:
• 20 clients/week = $1,300
• 25 clients/week = $1,600
• 30 clients/week = $1,920

Who We’re Looking For/Requirements/Responsibilities:

• Licensed LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist
• Independent & motivated therapists who want flexibility (must have a personal laptop for Telehealth).
• Committed to quality care with professional documentation skills, maintaining accurate documentation and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

Locations: Boynton Beach, Davie, West Lake Worth, and Boca Raton
