Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

We’re looking for a passionate BCBA to join our team in Jacksonville and surrounding areas. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact by providing person-centered behavioral support while enjoying flexible hours and competitive compensation. What You’ll Do:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to assess needs and determine service levels.
• Develop, implement, and modify behavior treatment plans based on ongoing data analysis.
• Provide direct ABA services and track progress regularly.
• Collaborate with families and staff to train and empower them in applying ABA strategies.
• Participate in monthly interdisciplinary committee meetings to review and justify treatment needs.
• Ensure all services adhere to ethical and evidence-based practices.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation, and communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

What We’re Looking For:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a minimum of 3 years post-licensure experience.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based behavioral procedures.
• Experience working in community and home-based settings is a plus.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic are a must.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while being a team player.
