Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, providing behavioral therapy and diagnostic evaluations.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.-- Implement behavior analytic programs for individuals with special needs.
- Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and caregivers.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and outcomes.
- Create and maintain clinical documentation and progress in a proficient manner.
- Lead parent training on specific behaviors to create an impactful change in the lives of children and their families.
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to intervention strategies.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience in special education or behavioral health settings.
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis.
- Working knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques.
- Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
- Familiarity with diagnostic evaluation processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- English speaking or Bilingual (English/Spanish)
