Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Peaced Together is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is interested in working beyond early childhood intervention and alongside an often underserved population. While we can support younger clients, our primary population is adolescents and adults, with most clients ages 18 and up.

This role involves providing direct services and family training through the CLASS Waiver in Texas. Services take place primarily in the home, with some community-based work as needed. You’ll assess, design, and adjust individualized treatment plans, working toward clear, measurable goals that support independence, community integration, and family relationships.

This is a highly autonomous role. You’ll manage your own schedule, make clinical decisions with confidence, and complete required documentation including billing and quarterly reports. While contractors are not supervised, support is always available when needed.

Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
