Job Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Clinician to join our growing team! The ideal candidate will have experience working with both children and adults and a passion for helping clients achieve emotional wellness through individualized therapy.
Responsibilities:
- Provide psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults
- Create and implement treatment plans based on client needs
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality care
- Participate in team meetings and clinical consultations
- Offer availability for weekend sessions
Qualifications:
- Active Texas license: LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LPC-A, LMSW or equivalent
- Experience working with children and families (preferred)
- Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
- Strong professionalism and ethical standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
