Job Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Clinician to join our growing team! The ideal candidate will have experience working with both children and adults and a passion for helping clients achieve emotional wellness through individualized therapy.

Responsibilities:

• Provide psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults
• Create and implement treatment plans based on client needs
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality care
• Participate in team meetings and clinical consultations
• Offer availability for weekend sessions

Qualifications:

• Active Texas license: LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LPC-A, LMSW or equivalent
• Experience working with children and families (preferred)
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
• Strong professionalism and ethical standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
