Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting patient assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing ongoing support to clients and their families. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Perform diagnostic evaluations to identify underlying issues impacting behavior.
- Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques tailored to each client's unique needs.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators and healthcare professionals, to ensure cohesive support for clients in special education settings.
- Provide training and support to caregivers and staff on behavioral interventions and strategies.
- Stay updated on best practices in the field of behavioral health and participate in ongoing professional development.
Experience
- A Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field is required.
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is mandatory.
- Experience in patient assessment, diagnostic evaluation, and data collection within a clinical or educational setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and experience maintaining medical documentation is essential.
- Previous experience working with individuals in special education or behavioral health settings is highly desirable.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
