The organization employs a team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and behavior technicians who design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs. Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The BCBA will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing individualized ABA treatment programs. Responsibilities include conducting functional behavior assessments, supervising behavior technicians, providing caregiver training and support, and monitoring client progress to ensure effective intervention outcomes. The role requires collaboration with families, caregivers, educational staff, and interdisciplinary professionals.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field required
  • Current BCBA certification and applicable state licensure required
  • Completion of the BACB 8-hour supervision course preferred, or willingness to complete it
  • Experience providing ABA services, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and supervising RBTs or clinical staff
  • Strong communication, leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
  • Experience partnering with parents/caregivers and providing education and training
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across clinical and educational settings
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel between assigned locations
  • Ability to pass required background screening
  • Availability to work weekday daytime hours, including occasional evening shifts as needed
  • Ability to safely respond to challenging behaviors and lift up to 50 lbs when required
