Seeking a bilingual (Spanish-English) psychologist licensed in Maryland for ongoing 1099 contract work conducting criminal forensic evaluations throughout the state of Maryland.
This is an opportunity for an experienced forensic clinician seeking high-quality referral work, flexible scheduling, and premium compensation.
Compensation: Will discuss the rate privately. Split is 70/30 with 70 to Contractor. Coverage Area: Ability to accept cases throughout all of Maryland (remote and/or in-person depending on case requirements)
Required Qualifications:
Active, unrestricted Maryland psychologist license or Psypact.
Fluent Spanish-English bilingual proficiency (required)
Demonstrated criminal forensic evaluation experience (required)
Ability and willingness to conduct evaluations across Maryland, including travel for in-person matters when necessary. Travel is paid at the hourly rate.
Strong forensic interviewing, record review, psychological assessment, and report-writing skills
Ability to independently manage cases from referral through final report
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior expert testimony / courtroom testimony experience
Experience with competence to stand trial, criminal responsibility, sentencing/mitigation, violence/sex offender risk assessment, malingering assessment, or related criminal forensic matters
