Due to continued rapid growth in our Fabric Department, Noble Biomaterials, Inc. is seeking an Inspection Associate on a 10am-6pm, Monday-Friday shift.

What You’ll Get:

  • Starting Pay: $17.00/hour

  • Extra $1.00/hour during 2nd shift hours

What You’ll Do:

  • Operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment as needed

  • Perform quality checks and inspect finished products for defects

  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and work instructions

  • Record production data and report issues to supervisors

  • Clean and maintain equipment and work area to ensure operational efficiency

  • Assist with machine setups and changeovers (as trained)

  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Job Flexibility
Employees in this position may be assigned to different work areas or job duties based on production demands. Applicants should be comfortable learning new tasks and adapting to changing priorities.

The Skills You'll Need:

  • Ability to follow work instructions and adhere to standard operating procedures

  • Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods (up to 50 lbs.)

  • Ability to work in a team environment

  • Proficient using Word, Outlook, and Excel.

  • Proficient with basic math and arithmetic.

  • Ability to understand and follow safety policies and procedures

  • Willingness to work assigned shifts and occasional overtime

  • Comfortable using hand tools and basic measurement equipment

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality


What We’re Looking For:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Age 18+ with reliable transportation

  • Previous manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
