Basic Qualifications
Education/Training: High school diploma or equivalent.
Skill(s): Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; excellent interpersonal relations and communicative skills; proficient PC skills; excellent organizational skills; and demonstrated supervisory skills.
Working Conditions: Ability to stand, sit, bend, reach, climb, and lift items weighing 40 lbs. or less; extended time working on computer and use of fine motor skills involving repetitive motions and visual and auditory skills.
Experience: A minimum of one (1) year experience in related positions normally required.
General Responsibilities
Responsible for performing a variety of duties to support the administrative function; coordinating work within the department, as well as with other departments; reporting pertinent information to the immediate supervisor; responding to inquiries or requests for information.
Essential Duties
- Performs a variety of duties to support the administrative function.
- Enter all jobs into the system and make job numbers.
- Purchases materials for all jobs for MRU locations.
- Enter all information into customer systems.
- Invoice all MRU jobs.
- Assist accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Provide customer service.
- Coordinates specific work tasks with other personnel within the department as well as with other departments to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of information.
- Abides by the current laws and organizational policies and procedures designed and implemented to promote an environment which is free of harassment and other forms of illegal discriminatory behavior in the workplace.
Compensation details: 25-34 Hourly Wage
