General Purpose


Support the implementation of district-wide MTSS for behavior, including: school team coaching and support, training of staff, and facilitating CTMs based on system needs.


Main Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Support MTSS-Behavior system implementation at schools.
  • Ensure school team members have the necessary resources to be successful.
  • Review data entry and provide feedback and support at school sites.
  • Support district-based behavior support systems (e.g., Youth Court, CASE, C-STAG)
  • Attend and support implementation needs at school-based CHAT meetings.
  • Participate in weekly Student Advocacy Department CTMs.
  • Support/facilitate MTSS-Behavior CTMs as assigned.
  • Facilitate communication between school teams and the Student Advocacy Department.
  • Communicate with the Behavior department and the school administration.
  • Support school teams in accessing resources outside of the District.


Education and Experience

  • Associates degree is preferred but not required.
  • 48 semester college credit hours or a passing score on the ParaPro Test.
  • 1 year of experience in behavioral work is required.
  • Behavior tech certification is preferred but not required.


  • Hours
  • 35 hours per week with the option of 5 additional hours per week pending funding/budget allocation
