Licensed Mental Health Therapist - Lehigh Acres, FL - Part Time

Position Overview

We are seeking a Licensed Psychologist, LMHC, or LCSW to join our growing mental health practice in Lehigh Acres. This PART TIME position offers the opportunity to provide psychotherapy services to children, adolescents, and adults in a supportive clinical environment.

Responsibilities

Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy to diverse client populations
Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations
Collaborate with other mental health professionals and community resources as needed
Participate in case consultations and clinical team meetings

Required Qualifications

Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field from an accredited university
Current Florida licensure as a Psychologist, Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - or registered/provisional status working toward full licensure
Minimum 2 years of post-graduate experience providing counseling or psychotherapy services
Clear background check and fingerprinting
Current malpractice insurance or willingness to obtain
Valid Florida driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with evidence-based treatment modalities (CBT, DBT, trauma-focused therapy, family systems, etc.)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) capabilities
Experience working with diverse populations across the lifespan
Knowledge of community mental health resources in the Lehigh Acres area
