Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with autism and developmental disabilities? Join our dedicated team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)! We are committed to providing the best support to our clients and empowering our staff with tools they need to succeed.

Silver Linings Behavioral Health (SLBH) was established on a Behavior Analyst's passion to serve the needs of children and families seeking answers. Since its inception, SLBH has worked tirelessly to ensure that the children it serves reach their potential. We offer ABA services to individuals in the Central Florida area, and treatment locations may include homes, schools, daycares, nursing facilities or in the community. SLBH is passionate about providing quality services to our patients, and strives to hire team members that are hardworking, creative, punctual, and professional.

About the Role:

We are currently seeking qualified, dedicated, and compassionate professionals to provide Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities who are in need of assistance to reduce challenging behaviors.

Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) are responsible for assisting Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement behavior plans through direct intervention. They will assist patients with day to day activities, monitor their behavior, record and collect data on patients' progress, and communicate with clients. Other duties may include clerical and administrative duties.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide behavior intervention services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disorders in the home, school, and/or community.
  • Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans created by and under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Collect and record data.
  • Complete accurate and objective treatment notes in a timely manner with our customized, easy-to-use templates.
  • Strictly follow BACB guidelines and codes of conduct.
  • Attend team meetings.
  • Motivate and encourage clients and staff.

What You'll Need:

  • RBT certification (required).
  • Florida Medicaid Provider Number.
  • Reliable car, proof of auto insurance and valid driver's license required.

What We Offer:

  • Paid holidays: Enjoy time off to relax and recharge with our paid holiday policy.
  • PTO Hours: We believe in work-life balance, which is why we offer generous Paid Time Off (PTO) hours to support your well-being.
  • Company iPad: To facilitate your daily workload, we provide company-issued iPads equipped with essential software and resources, ensuring you have everything you need at your fingertips to deliver high-quality care.
  • Mileage reimbursement: We understand the importance of your time and resources. That's why we offer mileage reimbursement at the medical federal rate for any travel between client sessions, ensuring you are compensated for your commitment to providing exceptional care.
  • Competitive Hourly Rate with a Bonus Program: We offer industry-leading hourly wages in addition to a bonus program based on performance & attendance.
  • Provider-Focused: We pair each of our therapists with our dedicated Operations Manager and a BCBA for direct clinical and administrative support. Your BCBA, Clinical Director, and any other administrative team member is only a message or phone call away using our HIPPA-compliant communication system. These relationships enable our RBTs to focus on providing excellent clinical care.
  • Fieldwork Experience: We offer opportunities to obtain BCBA supervision hours and mentorship as you go through your BCBA certification journey. We have a dedicated Student Analyst program with limited spots available!
