About the Role
The Women’s Resource Center (WRC) is seeking a dynamic, bilingual professional to support women in achieving emotional wellness and financial stability, with a strong focus on serving the Spanish-speaking community.
This unique role blends mental health counseling, program development, and community outreach. You’ll provide short-term, solutions-focused counseling, lead Spanish-language programming, and build meaningful partnerships that expand access to WRC services.
We welcome candidates who bring experience across multiple areas: counseling, programming, and/or outreach, and are excited to grow across all three.
What You’ll Do
- Provide short-term, solutions-focused counseling in English and Spanish
- Support clients through case management and resource navigation
- Lead and expand Spanish-language programs and workshops
- Oversee Latinas of the WRC, including volunteer facilitators and weekly meetings
- Build and maintain community partnerships to support Latina clients
- Manage the Latinas of the WRC Facebook page and support outreach efforts by promoting Spanish-language programs and events
- Represent WRC at events and outreach opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
- Background in mental health counseling, social work, or related field
- Licensed preferred (LMHC, LCSW, LPC, MSW, etc.)
- Experience working with Spanish-speaking communities
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Experience in program facilitation, outreach, or community engagement is a plus
Schedule & Location
- Full-time (40 hours/week)
- Mon–Thurs: 9 AM – 6 PM (in-person)
- Fri: 9 AM – 12 PM (remote)
- Primary location: Bradenton or Sarasota office
- Regular travel between offices; occasional travel to Venice

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
