Your Responsibilities:

  • Flexible PART-TIME schedules: after school hour & potential for weekends
  • Provide direct 1-on-1 ABA therapy to clients in home, school, and community settings
  • Teach skills like better communication, social interaction, and daily living skills to children with autism
  • Work under a Master level therapist who will provide training plans for each child
  • Collect accurate data about the wonderful progress you make with the children you work with and implement the planned activities and lessons
  • Maintain good communication with your supervisors
  • Check and maintain your schedule on our scheduling software
  • Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:

  • [Required] High School diploma
  • [Required] Driver's license and reliable transportation
  • [Required] RBT certification
  • [Preferred] 1-2 years experience working in ABA
  • Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, Special Education, or related field preferred
  • Should enjoy working on an interdisciplinary team and collaborating with others
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Passion for helping others
  • Must be able to pass a background check

Skills

  • Strong understanding of behavioral therapy techniques and principles
  • Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or developmental disabilities
  • Proficient in data collection methods relevant to behavioral health
  • Knowledge of special education practices and patient care protocols
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation standards
  • Ability to effectively manage challenging behaviors while promoting positive interactions
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with team members and families
