Social Worker

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Social Worker to support program operations and assist clients in accessing appropriate services. This role involves assessing client needs, interpreting program requirements, and providing guidance through option counseling and community-based resources.

This is a hybrid position, with a combination of in-office and remote work.

Work Schedule

• Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Lunch: 1 hour unpaid
• Full-time schedule

Work Environment

• Hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 days remote
• Business casual dress code
• Parking available in front of the building

Compensation

• Pay Rate: $44.64 per hour

Equipment & Tools

• Use of personal vehicle may be required
• Software: Microsoft Office suite

Key Responsibilities

• Apply program rules and regulations in daily operations
• Assist in professional, administrative, and analytical program functions
• Support planning, monitoring, and evaluation of programs
• Assess individual client needs and conduct community screenings
• Provide option counseling to guide clients toward appropriate services
• Gather, document, and maintain accurate client information
• Interpret policies and program requirements clearly and effectively

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to gather and document detailed information
• Ability to interpret and apply rules and regulations
