Position Summary
BrightBridge ABA is seeking an experienced and passionate Clinic Director to lead our Hope Mills clinic team while helping children and families thrive through high-quality, assent-based ABA services.
This is a hybrid leadership role that combines clinical excellence, mentorship, operational oversight, and family partnership. The ideal candidate is a collaborative and emotionally intelligent Board Certified Behavior Analyst and leader who values clinical integrity, team development, and creating a welcoming, supportive environment for both staff and families.
This role requires an average of 3-4 days on-site at the clinic per week, with the remainder of responsibilities manageable remotely or flexibly. The clinical expectation is an average of 15-20 billable hours per week, supporting a healthy balance of direct client care, clinical oversight, and leadership duties.
What You’ll Do
Team Leadership & Development
- Mentor and support BCBAs, RBTs, and clinic staff
- Supervise onsite administrative and support staff
- Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, performance reviews, and professional development planning
- Foster a psychologically safe, collaborative, and growth-oriented culture
- Provide proactive coaching, feedback, and staff support
Clinic Operations
- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations approximately 3–4 days onsite weekly
- Collaborate with operations and scheduling teams to maintain clinic efficiency
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, insurance requirements, and company policies
- Partner with billing and administrative teams regarding authorization management
- Identify operational opportunities and collaborate on process improvements
Family Partnership
- Build strong relationships with children and caregivers
- Support caregiver training and parent consultation sessions
- Address family concerns with empathy, professionalism, and urgency
- Champion a positive family experience from intake through discharge
Clinical Leadership
- Provide an average of 15–20 billable hours per week delivering ABA services
- Conduct assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress
- Ensure high clinical quality standards across all active clinic cases
- Support BCBAs and clinical supervisors with programming and case refinement
- Serve as a clinical resource for complex cases and treatment planning
What We're Looking For
- Active BCBA certification required
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Experience supervising clinical teams and supporting staff development
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to balance clinical responsibilities with operational leadership
- Commitment to compassionate, ethical, and individualized care

The pay range for this role is:
90,000 - 110,000 USD per year(USA)
