Experteer Overview In this role you will deliver integrated behavioral health care within a primary care setting at Truman Health Services, supporting patients across ages. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to implement clinical care pathways that improve population health. You’ll perform assessments, diagnose, and provide individual, group, couples, and family therapy, with a focus on mental health and behavioral factors affecting physical health. Compensation / Benefits • Diagnose or evaluate mental disorders and administer treatment programs • Conduct psychological assessments and interpret results to inform plans • Provide individual, group, couples, and family therapies; adjust treatment based on progress • Offer crisis assessment and intervention when needed • Consult with other health professionals and coordinate care within the primary care team • Provide education and consultation to staff; participate in meetings and training • Supervise or mentor psychology students, interns, and postdoctoral trainees • Support research initiatives and clinical program development as applicable • Maintain documentation and ensure patient confidentiality per policies • Provide coverage for other behavioral health providers as needed Tasks • Doctorate in Psychology • Pre-doctoral Clinical Internship with at least 1 year of related experience • State of NM Licensed Psychologist or eligibility for NM licensure • Degree from an accredited institution; substitutions may be made for experience • Education and licensure verification required if hired Key requirements • competitive salary • medical, dental, vision insurance • life insurance • tuition reimbursement • generous PTO • license and certification reimbursement
