Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) based in Jacksonville, FL. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, creating and implementing treatment plans, providing direct supervision to behavior technicians, training and supporting parents, and monitoring client progress. This role also involves collaborating with other professionals to ensure client goals are met and delivering compassionate care to individuals with Autism.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • Strong skills in Behavior Management and Parent Education
  • Knowledge and understanding of Psychology principles related to behavior analysis
  • Effective communication, time management, and leadership skills
  • Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field
  • Experience working with individuals diagnosed with Autism preferred
  • Commitment to ethical practices and continuous professional growth
